World Spay Day Celebration

World Spay Day Celebration

The Central California SPCA participated in World Spay Day, February 23, 2016, by offering 30 free spays or neuters. We advertised our offer via social media and sent out a press release to all local media. We had a great response and engagement on our Facebook page. The first 30 individuals to call our Small Animal Hospital on February 23 received a voucher for a free spay or neuter. It only took 40 minutes to fill all 30 spots! The spay or neuter surgeries will take place on-site at the CCSPCA Small Animal Hospital. All vouchers have been sent to winners and they are in the process of scheduling their free surgery.

You can help end pet homelessness by spaying or neutering your pet. By spaying or neutering your pets you are taking the first steps in preventing unwanted litters which lead to pet overpopulation and homelessness.

Didn’t get your free spay or neuter? We offer low cost spay and neuter surgeries all year long. Please visit our Spay and Neuters Services page for pricing and more information. Or call the CCSPCA Small Animal Hospital at 559-237-1125 or email hospital@ccspca.com.
