Each year, the CC/SPCA Bookmark Contest winners from Central Valley elementary schools are honored at a special CC/SPCA ceremony at the Gib Rambo Education Center.
This year's topic was "License &
Microchip Your Pet" Bookmarks are available at the CC/SPCA while they last.
