It’s National Animal Control Officer Appreciation Week!
From rescuing stray or injured animals off the streets to conducting cruelty investigations and ensuring animal and public safety, our ACOs assist animals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our Animal Control Field Services Department is home to 3 Humane Officers, 12 Animal Control Officers, 1 License Enforcement Officer, and 4 Dispatchers.
We thank these men and women for putting their lives on the line to help all animals in need. If you see one of our officers in your community, don’t be afraid to say “Thank You!”
