Patricia is the kind of person that makes our hearts sing! We constantly spread the message to adopt and not to buy. When we meet people that completely understand and adopt from shelters like ours, we are ever so grateful! Phantom our special little puppy that had injuries to overcome before going up for adoption, went home in Patricia’s caring arms after being adopted by her at PetSmart.
