  • Description/Contact Information: Please contact owner directly for more information. Email Address:cjh2717@gmail.com Phone Number:559-708-5820 Animal Location (ZIP code or City): 93711 We are a family of 5 with two cocker spaniels aged 1 year one female, one male. The dogs are used to noise and kids. They are crate trained and potty trained and know lots of tricks. They're very smart and learn quickly however we don't have much room for them to get all their energy out and they have become more bark-y than usual. We live in an HOA and have been told we need to handle the barking or we will be subjected to consequences per the HOA or FPD. The dogs have never bitten. Wednesday the female is a bit nippy with hands and fingers at times of playing but would never bite with intent to harm. Zoro does not bite he is a love bug through and through. Both have their little own personalities and are sweet. I'd like to keep them together as they're from the same litter and have always been together however if someone is worried about litter aggression I would understand but I'd have to think about it as I believe they'd do better staying together. Sometimes they get too crazy with the fighting each other or playing will get too tough but that almost never happens and they will stop if you intervene and tell them no or stop. They have never been aggressive towards anyone. They may bark at a new visitor or even whine to come say hello and you may have to remind them not to jump on the new people but squatting or sitting at their level has always worked best for me to get them to listen and focus. They do really well with treats and they love balls. They aren't big on toys unless they make noise! They don't really understand fetch but they are trying to get it. I just really want them to be somewhere with love and space for them to run and occasionally bark if they want to do so. We would love to keep them but it's not looking like the best option for them or us at this point in time.

HOW PET REHOMING WORKS WITH CCSPCA

The animals featured on this page are being rehomed by pet owners in the Central Valley who live specifically in Fresno County and the surrounding counties of Kings, Madera, Merced, Monterey, San Benito, and Tulare.

These animals are not in the care of CCSPCA, so all arrangements to meet/adopt must be made between potential adopters and the pet owner. Note: Central California SPCA is not responsible for the pets on this page. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating with pet owners, especially when acquiring veterinary records and/or other necessary information.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT rehome strays, fosters, rescues, abandoned, or found animals.
