  • Description/Contact Information: Luna is part of the rehoming program and is NOT in the care of the CCSPCA. Please read carefully and reach out to the owner directly via cell:559-395-9119 or email: tenayamaxwell@gmail.com. Owner states, "She loves interactions with people and other dogs. She gets anxious when I leave her at home for too long. I want to find a location where she will not be killed but can possibly find a loving home who loves her and be more present.
She is a sweetheart and loves being around familiar people and slowly getting to know others. She loved wrestling with dogs big and little. Kid friendly. She is a large breed, easily trained and food motivated. She knows how to ring the bell on the sliding door to go outside to potty, she knows sit, stay, down, and shake. She will go to her room when I say, "Time for bed". She is very intelligent. Loves snuggles and always wants to be where you are. She also has beautiful brown eyes and what seems like a beard. She enjoys car rides and hanging with her pet family. She has the demeanor of a Golden Retriever. She doesn't like being in a crate now that she is older. She was crate trained successfully when younger."

HOW PET REHOMING WORKS WITH CCSPCA

The animals featured on this page are being rehomed by pet owners in the Central Valley who live specifically in Fresno County and the surrounding counties of Kings, Madera, Merced, Monterey, San Benito, and Tulare.

These animals are not in the care of CCSPCA, so all arrangements to meet/adopt must be made between potential adopters and the pet owner. Note: Central California SPCA is not responsible for the pets on this page. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating with pet owners, especially when acquiring veterinary records and/or other necessary information.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT rehome strays, fosters, rescues, abandoned, or found animals.
