The owner states, " Mantequilla is very friendly with people but with other animals he does not get along with them. He lives best in a home where there are no other animals. He can be temperamental with other male dogs or can chase cats. Aside from that, he's a great dog. He's very friendly, he's never bitten anyone in my home. These animals are not in the care of CCSPCA, so all arrangements to meet/adopt must be made between potential adopters and the pet owner.
