Burned Dogs

On Friday, September 23, 2016, CCSPCA Humane Officers discovered the remains of two large dogs which appeared to have been tortured and burned alive in the back property of an abandoned home.

An investigation is underway to determine who was responsible for this horrible act of animal cruelty. On scene Humane Officers found items that were likely used to torture the dogs, as well as, a used butane gas can.

The CCSPCA is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person or persons responsible for this horrific act. The organization, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, PETA, have also added $5,000 to this reward.
