The CCSPCA microchip madness promotion was extremely successful! We implanted 851 microchips!
From June 20 to July 5, 2015, we had a special promotion on microchips. Microchip implantation and registration was only $4 per pet! We would like to thank this community for being responsible pet parents and microchipping their pets.
The CCSPCA team came up with this microchip madness promotion in hopes that pet parents would microchip their pets so if their pets got lost during the 4th of July, that they would be able to be reunited with their home quickly. The CCSPCA is normally inundated with lost and scared pets during the 4th of July holiday. This year our stray department had 133 lost pets brought in between July 3 to July 5, 2015.
