We at the Central California SPCA are seeking a new logo to represent our non-profit organization and for us to use on all of our marketing materials and media publications including our website.
The current logo was implemented a long time ago and like everything else (that includes us, too!) could benefit from some freshening up after 30 years of hard work.
We are looking for a modern design that will reflect who we are and what we do. The new logo will be used on everything, from signage at our Animal Care Center to staff uniforms, coffee mugs and leashes.
We accepted submissions for the new logo design through March 31, 2012.
The contest was open to all ages and to both amateurs and professionals’ alike. The logo should help to articulate the mission of our organization, which states:
“Our Mission is to Prevent Cruelty to Animals and Promote the Quality of Life of all creatures through Rescue, Protection, Placement, Education, Leadership and Good Example.”
There have been some fantastic submissions and we are thrilled with the designs submitted to us. We are still working to determine a winner so look for the winning designer to be announced in local media releases, on the CCSPCA’s website, Facebook page, and Newsletter.
