May 5-11, 2019, was Be Kind to Animals Week, a week established by American Humane to recognize and spread awareness of humane animal treatment and care. To wrap up the week, we honored our annual youth and teen Bookmark and Media contest winners! We asked kids and teens from all around the Valley to create bookmarks and videos based on their interpretation of our theme, “How Does the CCSPCA Help Animals?” We chose pieces that kept to the theme and had a clear or neat message. All the entries received had inspiring artwork but we have narrowed it down to the ones that will be reproduced.
