  • Description/Contact Information: Okay, lets try this again. We rehomed Brooklyn about 2 months ago to a family member however due to their schedule they cannot keep her so she is back with us. Rehoming Brooklyn: an almost 4 year old German Shorthaired Pointer. Brooklyn is a very friendly dog that has a ton of energy. She has never bitten anyone, we have a toddler that is able to handle her. She has an abundance of energy, she can run all day if she wanted to, so we are looking for someone that can take long walks or runs with her. She loved playing fetch and LOVES to swim. She would prefer to be home with someone that works from home (not required). Shes great with other dogs but has a high prey drive when it comes to cats and small animals (would be a great hunting dog if you wanted to train her). She knows basic commands and is very smart. Shes a lovable dog that loves attention and likes to be snuggled with. She is indeed a very beautiful dog however we need to rehome her. We have elderly family members that moved into our home and she has almost knocked them over due to her high energy. Brooklyn would do great in an active family home, preferably where she can have a job and a large backyard where she can run. Please feel free to email me at danni.corona@yahoo.com if you are interested or have any questions.

HOW PET REHOMING WORKS WITH CCSPCA

The animals featured on this page are being rehomed by pet owners in the Central Valley who live specifically in Fresno County and the surrounding counties of Kings, Madera, Merced, Monterey, San Benito, and Tulare.

These animals are not in the care of CCSPCA, so all arrangements to meet/adopt must be made between potential adopters and the pet owner. Note: Central California SPCA is not responsible for the pets on this page. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating with pet owners, especially when acquiring veterinary records and/or other necessary information.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT rehome strays, fosters, rescues, abandoned, or found animals.
