In the beginning of August 2015, two of our Humane Officers rescued 5 dogs from a southeast home. One of the dogs was severely burned on most of his body, another dog could barely walk due to an untreated spinal injury, and all 5 dogs were all infested with ticks.
We have submitted a request for charges of animal neglect to the District Attorney’s office. Please watch the rescue video of these neglected animals and report all animal cruelty, neglect, and abandonment to the CCSPCA at 559-233-7722.
