In last month’s newsletter, we shared the story of Robert, a local Boy Scout who was in pursuit of his Eagle Badge. This animal dedicated his service project to help the dogs at CCSPCA by making dog beds for the Adoption Center! Thanks to the support from you and the Valley community, Robert was able to successfully fundraise everything needed to make his project happen (he was even donated PVC pipes from a local business!)
Robert finished his project and delivered 30 hand-made beds to the shelter a few weeks ago! They turned out great and we are amazed at his hard work. Here is a message from Robert to you:
“Thank you CCSPCA and Friends of the CCSPCA for all your help with my Eagle Project! Everyone that helped make the dog beds enjoyed being able to help the dogs. I especially am grateful for your generosity and kindness toward me and the animals. —-Robert”
