Noel, the little girl of the litter of puppies from the Sands Motel rescue, now has a wonderful home, and a boy of her own! She loves to snuggle and be hugged in between playing of course, so she is set. Our Officers look forward to these happy new beginnings for those innocent little lives that they step in and save.
