We adopted her from a rescue 5 months ago so we don't know much about her early puppyhood but she is a healthy and happy little dog.

She is sweet, energetic, and playful. She's a total lap dog, and loves both treats and toys. She's also quite smart and eager to learn. In just these past few months, she's been both house and crate trained. She also knows how to sit, stay, come, and go to her crate on command.

She gets nervous around strangers and is very protective of her home and family. It takes her a while to get comfortable with new people but once she does, she's their new best friend.

Sophie barks and growls when she's nervous but has never bitten anyone. She currently lives in a house with 3 cats and does very well with them.

We're looking to rehome her because we recently realized that we're not really dog people and cannot give her the type of care and attention she needs. Sophie deserves to be with someone that loves her as much as she loves them. " Due to the pet not being in our care, it is out of our control when and if the owner responds to your inquiry.
